Here is how it works!
- You contact us either by or personal contact phone #'s or by email.
- We respond back asking you for generic home info, address, city, state
& contact information.
- We use this private information & keep it private amongst ourselves, to conduct an initial off site survey of your property
- We usually take 3 to 6 hours per property in researching, conducting & creating a CMA (competitive market analysis) in print for your property.
- we will contact you and schedule an appointment to meet with you and physically
tour your property.
- During such tour or initial meeting we will present our CMA as seen through public record.
- We will make adjustments to our CMA based upon your homes condition, amenities,
showing condition, etc.
- At such time we will provide multi-level pricing, showing low, mid and
high range market value.
- In such pricing we will provide estimated time or days on the market relating
to suggested listing prices.
- With such suggested listing prices we will advise you on what to expect
pertaining to what you feel your property is worth.
- If all goes well after touring your property, you like us, we like you!
We will provide you with our marketing plans & commission options.
- If at anytime throughout this process you feel that our services are no
longer needed, just let us know!
